CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am. Self check-in with a keypad; you'll receive your code and the full address 3 days before your arrival. HOUSE RULES Up to 6 guests. No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, out of respect for the neighbors and the desert stillness. No smoking anywhere on the property. PETS Up to 2 dogs are welcome, with a $70 fee per pet. Please keep pets out of the pool and hot tub. POOL, HOT TUB AND FIRE PIT The hot tub in the Astral Atrium is available year-round. The cowboy pool is closed from late November through April. Please keep the pool covered when not in use to protect local wildlife. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times. The fire pit can't be used from April 15 to October 29 due to fire season. SECURITY CAMERAS Exterior cameras monitor the entry doors and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in outdoor living areas. LAUNDRY Washer and dryer access is included for stays of 7 nights or longer. CANCELLATION Full refund within 24 hours of booking, for stays booked at least 7 days out. Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
